Define workflows from ticket sequences to run your standard processes quickly and efficiently. Based on predefined events and conditions, the Workflow Module automatically assigns tasks to the recipients you have defined.

branch

You now have the option of branching. From now on, you can also react to the selection field from the predecessor activity. Respond to yes / no decisions and only start activities when needed.

Loop function and or-condition

With the new loop function and or- condition, more processes can be mapped. The or-condition now also starts an activity when one or another activity is finished.

If e.g. If a non-approved vehicle is selected from a predefined selection of vehicles, a direct activity “Order vehicle” is triggered. In addition, it is now possible to use the intermediate step of a loop function to decide on the selection of vehicles subject to approval. The vehicle order is started when one of the two predecessors has been completed.
The activities and prerequisites can be freely defined by you.

value range

The new value range form field can be used to define branches based on the amount of an entered amount, e.g. For entries above a certain level, a special approval procedure is initialized.

Define a range of values, e.g. for the budget of your projects. If the workflow history indicates that the expected spend is higher than the specified budget, the flow will continue only if the budget does not exceed the budget set amount. Of course, you can also use the value range function for other operations, e.g. for the selection of a conference room based on the expected number of participants.
