  As an IT supporter, you work independently on analyzing and solving support requests in JIRA. You are the interface between 1st and 2nd level support and communicate directly with the development department. • Junior Project Manager/Supporter (m/w):
  As a Junior Project Manager, you are in direct contact with our customers and are responsible for analyzing product-specific inquiries. As an interface between the customer and our development department, you work in project teams on the introduction of new features, including test phases, customizing and the go-live of applications.
