Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Point of contact for international customers, aiming to assist in requirements analysis and product-specific inquiries
• Participation in project teams within development projects and coordination of product-specific country adaptations
• Analysis of complex issues and error messages, as well as pinpointing possible sources of errors
• Interface between the customer and our development department, providing support through detailed analyses
• Documentation of concepts and solutions in JIRA and Confluence
• Contribution to the introduction of new features and processes, responsibility for testing phases, customization, and acceptance testing for application deployment

What you bring:

• Successfully completed studies in Business, Media Informatics, or equivalent professional and technical training
• Quick understanding of complex issues and conceptual skills
• Analytical, creative, and problem-solving competence
• Above-average commitment and a friendly and goal-oriented approach to customers
• Very good English language skills both written and spoken
• Good German language skills are required (at least GER B1 / TELC B1 or equivalent)
