IT-Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Independent and expert analysis, processing, and resolution of support inquiries
• Independent logging and processing of service requests in JIRA
• Interface between first-level support and our development department
• Assistance in troubleshooting through your detailed analyses
• Documentation of content, as well as revision and updating of existing documentation, and participation in the creation of new documentation in Confluence
• Cross-functional communication regarding issue resolutions and conceptual alignments
• Contribution to the further development of processes and our products

What you bring:

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification
• Welcoming applications from career changers or newcomers with initial experience in IT support
• High level of customer orientation, friendly demeanor, and quick grasp of concepts
• Strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as analytical work methods
• Fluent in German and proficient in written and spoken English
