NEW FEATURES for Asset.Desk 8.9f:
Office 365 Update
License Management in Asset.Desk provides a lookup feature for Microsoft Office 365 SKUs. Thus, the actual inventory and consumption of Office 365 licenses from Asset.Desk can be queried at any time online at Microsoft and matched against the license inventory in Asset.Desk.
In version 8.9f this function has been extended so that all license plans can now be called up. This way, the available services and user accounts per plan can be managed and used separately.
Cost centers from the Active Directory
In the new version, cost centers from the Active Directory (AD) to Asset.Desk can now also be transferred. You indicate from which attribute in the AD the cost centers are loaded. The cost centers are then automatically set by the Active Directory Loader in department and employees in Asset.Desk.
